Initial Stage
What are your needs?
The initial phase of our process is the 'Initial Stage'. During this stage, we engage with key stakeholders to assess the facility's needs and requirements. We then evaluate our three core values in relation to these needs, ensuring we deliver the best value in all our cleaning services. Our holistic approach focuses on understanding the needs and determining the best way to support them. We provide daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cleaning services, as well as deep cleaning or one-time cleaning services for residential communal block cleaning.
Implementation
How we work?
Step two is the 'Implementation Stage,' where a specific team of cleaners is assigned to the facility, supervised by a dedicated operations and quality controller. The cleaning requirements checklist is adhered to, with adjustments made as necessary to accommodate the client's needs. At this stage, Clean Nero Ltd's core value of 'Consistency' is showcased, ensuring that facilities are cleaned to a consistently high standard with each visit.

Effective communication is crucial for success. The third stage of the process plays a vital role in fostering strong, lasting relationships. Clean Nero Ltd consistently evaluates the cleaning services across all facilities. Each cleaning contract begins with an initial period and is reviewed on a daily, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly basis. This approach facilitates ongoing and open dialogue with all stakeholders as needed. Flexibility is essential, making the review of our services fundamental to delivering optimal service and solutions at all times.
